So many of us are stuck in our way of being a man that find we cannot move forward in our lives in the way we want. We repeat old troubling behavior patterns, step back from challenges, hold back showing who we really are. We want to change, to live differently, yet don’t quite know how.

Here is a chance to learn how to live differently.

I will be eternally grateful that a therapist told me about The ManKind Project in 2012. I struggled with body image issues in my early teens and then with intense fear after being diagnosed with a rare disease in my early twenties. I really didn’t share my deepest truths because I wasn’t sure that others would accept me. The ManKind Project and, explicitly, the New Warrior Training Adventure gave me a safe, supportive container where I would learn to trust and be fearless and speak my truth. Since then, my time spent with this organization has helped me become much more authentic, honest, and open man.  – David

The Head Heart Soul Men’s Workshop is a free 2-hour experiential learning session to explore what it means to do “men’s work” … to work on being the man you want to truly be.

In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Take a look at the model of a man’s life to frame how we connect and disconnect as men
  • Explore what it means to live shielded off from connection and what it looks like to live in safe connection to other men
  • Practice sharing and connecting authentically with other men
  • Gain an understanding of what men’s work is and the role it plays in personal growth

This is an introductory workshop to personal development through the method of men’s work used by ManKind Project. The workshop is free and refreshments will be provided.
